Warranty: Cultured Granite and Marble

Superior Products, Inc. offers a “LIFETIME” limited warranty from the delivery date on vanity tops, shower bases, and tubs. Superior Home Products, Inc. will also replace any marble that is defective due to manufacturer’s error for five years. After this period, Superior Home Products will provide product only. Commercial applications and product delivered outside the local market will be subject to a one year material only limitation. Tub cracking due to faulty insulation is not covered. We cannot be responsible for any damage that is caused by improper installation or abuse. No other compensation will be offered in this situation.

Warranty: Mirrors

Superior Home Products, Inc., will honor the manufacturer’s limited 5 year warranty on material only from the install date on all mirrors. Superior Home Products, Inc. will replace or repair, at our discretion, any mirror that is defective due to manufacturer’s error that has occurred during the first year period. We cannot be responsible for any damage that is caused by improper installation or abuse. The limited warranty does not cover scratches or damage incurred after installation due to cleaning, lighting installation or those not noted on new home construction walk thru surface inspections. No other compensation will be offered in this situation.

Warranty: Shower Door Enclosures

Superior Home Products, Inc. will honor the manufacturer’s one year limited warranty from the date of installation, on all tub and shower enclosures. Superior Home Products, Inc. will replace or repair, at our discretion, any enclosure which is defective due to manufacturer’s error that has occurred during this year period. Discoloration of metal due to chemical reaction from cleaning agents or water with high mineral contents causing acidity or alkalinity is not covered. We cannot be responsible for any damage that was caused due to abuse or incorrect use of the shower door. Superior Home Products, Inc. is not responsible for damages to the shower door unit resulting from improper installation done by others. No other compensation will be offered in this situation.

Warranty: Shelving

RUBBERMAID® LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Rubbermaid makes durable, high quality merchandise. We warrant that our ventilated wire shelving and installation hardware are free of defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product.

Rubbermaid will replace any defective shelving or installation at no charge. Rubbermaid is not responsible for any labor charges associated with uninstalling or reinstalling the shelving hardware.

This warranty is valid only if the product has been assembled and maintained per the instructions or standard industry practices. This warranty does not cover abuse, accident, cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear, or any other cause not arising from defects in material and workmanship. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
